We are an independent investment company that invests in established companies across mature markets.
Our focus is on traditional industries ("old economy"), in which we are a reliable partner both for succession plans in medium-sized companies as well as for the divestment of non-strategic business units from international corporations ("corporate carve-outs").

Our senior team has decades of experience both in the closing of complex transactions and in the pro-active value creation of - and above all - within companies. In addition, we employ a team of operations experts who actively execute the previously defined value creation measures along the entire value chain together with the management and employees of the portfolio companies. ("We are doers and not Power Point artists!")

As a multi-family office, we invest our own capital as well as fund of adjacent entrepreneurial families (no complex institutional structures).
This enables swift decision making as well as flexible deal structures!

With our long-standing experience in the buy-out and carve-out industry, we support our portfolio companies as an active investor not only in the creation of autonomous structures, but also over the entire holding period in the optimization of operational processes as well as in its strategic positioning.
Our focus is on medium-sized companies or business units in the DACH region and neighboring Europe.
We only invest in companies that we understand and which are active in disruption-free, mature markets. However, the specific sector in which the company operates is not decisive for us.

From the outset, our investment strategy is aimed at realizing operational improvement along the entire value chain.
Not only do we focus on cost and liquidity optimization, but we also aim to invest heavily in innovation and growth initiatives (including buy-and-build). To this end, we keep additional capital available for value-enhancing investments even after closing.
